Located on the pristine Sindalah Island, AILYN will invite guests to savor regional dishes, reimagined with flair and finesse. Aloraifi, with over a decade of culinary expertise and the distinction of Best Saudi Chef 2018 from Saudi Tourism, is bringing an innovative approach to traditional Saudi cuisine. The restaurant’s offerings will range from Hammour Ceviche to Seabass grilled with unique Saudi spices. For those with adventurous tastes, AILYN will also serve the Hashi T-Bone, a camel steak dish embodying the spirit of the Kingdom’s cuisine.
Chef Aloraifi has made a name for himself both locally and internationally, appearing on Top Chef and leading Maiz, an award-winning restaurant at Bujairi Terrace. Now, his expertise is set to shine at AILYN, where each dish reflects his deep respect for Saudi culinary traditions paired with contemporary cooking techniques.

AILYN is just one part of Atelier House Hospitality’s ambitious plans for Sindalah Island. Other high-profile restaurants set to open include Carosello, Mezamar, Marisara, and an anticipated fine-dining venue by Michelin-starred chef Enrico Bartolini at Sindalah Yacht Club. With such an impressive lineup, Sindalah Island is quickly evolving into a vibrant gastronomic hub.
Though the exact opening date for AILYN remains undisclosed, anticipation is high as food enthusiasts await the chance to experience this unique fusion of heritage and innovation in Saudi dining.
